Meet the Team

Our small, yet perfectly formed team will look after you throughout your journey with us. We have very strong bonds with our customers, many of which have been with us for years. It’s been wonderful to be part of their journey.

If you want to find out a little more about our team members, feel free to hover over their pictures below!

Pam

Having worked at Elenchus for almost 6 years, Pam has been a loyal and dedicated member of the team. Adept at providing a warm and friendly customer service to all our clients, she also covers a wide range of administrative functions, supporting the directors in more ways than one. In her spare time, Pam enjoys trying out new recipes and meeting up with friends. She has a particular fondness for travelling, especially when it involves going to see live music!

Ruthie

After graduating from Human Geography at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2018, Ruth began her journey with us here at Elenchus. As our Business Administrator, Ruth plays various supporting roles at Elenchus. From Customer Service, to Report Writing and PA to the Directors, she has built up a host of skills, specific to the needs of the business. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys cooking from scratch and rehearsing and performing with the Alderley Edge Flute Group.

Val

As one of the Directors at Elenchus Approach, Val has known Alan for around 15 years. Part of her role entails operations management, seeing to the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She enjoys being involved in lots of different things, especially those that involve problem-solving. Outside of work, Val enjoys craft projects, gardening and country music, and is excitedly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild (or second if you count Ralph!).

Ralph

I thought I’d show them who’s really the boss around here!

The other day I ran off and hid for 7 hours! I had a great time watching the digger drivers; even got myself stuck in the mud. (That was really good fun.) Not a lot of work was done around here that day; they were all out looking for me. Gave myself up eventually though; I’d worked up an appetite, by running around like that.

Alan

Alan loves everything Cornish – including pasties, Kelly’s ice cream and surfing. (And of course, his son and grandson.) Although Cornwall is his spiritual home, his work has taken him to most parts of the UK and beyond. He is a logic designer by qualification, has been involved with psychometrics since the early 1980’s and it is estimated that he has analysed some 40,000 profiles since that time. Personal growth and development will never stop where Alan is concerned.
